By using Overnight ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
NYRAI LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you control, per Apple's standard EULA, which these Terms supplement.
Overnight offers a 14-day free trial, then an auto-renewing subscription (Overnight Pro, $19.99/month or $149/year) required to accept new bookings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
Booking deposits and balances are payments for real-world pet-sitting services, processed by Stripe on the sitter's own connected account. NYRAI LLC is not a party to those transactions and does not hold funds. Refunds, cancellations and the service itself are between the sitter and their client.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your availability, rates and client records, for honoring confirmed bookings, and for complying with local laws governing your pet-sitting business.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or from any booking arranged through it.
