How do bookings work?

Set your nightly rate, deposit %, and available nights in the app. Share your booking link (overnight.nyrai.ai/s/your-handle). Clients pick nights and pay a deposit; you confirm or decline. Confirmed stays block your calendar so you can't be double-booked.

How do deposits reach me?

Deposits are collected by Stripe on your own connected account, so the money goes straight to you. Until you connect Stripe, the app runs cash-only (no online deposit).

What does the subscription cost?

14-day free trial, then $19.99/month or $149/year. You need an active subscription to keep accepting new bookings; if it lapses, your booking page pauses new requests.

How do I cancel?

Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions › Overnight Pro › Cancel.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Delete account & data. This removes your local data and cancels open holds.
